Tested lots of different ways to unplug personally & been refining a system that suits be for a couple of years now. At the moment I have settled actually having WiFi only on my phone – this ensures I don’t “check in” more than I have to. Once we start it is easy to get sucked in & wasted 30 minutes on nothing. I have found I am much more in the present & so much more productive. And that make me happier 🙂
